MEDITATION AND YOGA FOR KIDS
Kids can join Alexandra Jeanty-Leclerc, Mindful Art educator and author of Mindful Pokie, for a meaningful meditation and yoga session. Alexandra has brought Mindful Kids Miami (MKM) to Little Haiti because she feels that it provides a set of tools all teachers everywhere should acquire.
