Miami Book Fair International is now accepting applications for the Writer’s Row. The Writer’s Row is comprised of published, self-published, local and independent authors promoting their own one to three titles.
Standard Package – $300.00
One day only participation. Due to the volume of interest, authors are not usually permitted to purchase more than one space or more than one day.

To be considered to participate in Writer’s Row at Miami Book Fair International, you must be a published, self-published, local or independent author representing yourself and must only promote your titles(s). You must send a copy of your book with the application. Booksellers and publishers are not eligible to apply under this category.
Deadline to Apply:
Applications will be accepted and processed on a first come/first served basis. Applications received after August 1, 2015 will not be included in Book Fair promotional materials (program, website, etc.).
The Selection Process:
Authors will be selected based on the products/information being offered to Fairgoers. Please include a one-page information sheet/biography about yourself and a copy of your book(s) with this application (books will not be returned). We have allocated a limited amount of openings for this category. The selection process will be conducted by the Exhibitor Committee, in conjunction with the Miami Book Fair International Board of Directors. Once your payment is accepted you will receive a sales receipt.
Writer’s Row Rules:
Authors must keep their space open all hours of the Fair day, rain or shine. Publishers and booksellers are not permitted to exhibit in the Writer’s Row. Space sharing is not allowed, except for author/co-author or author/illustrator scenarios. Additional space is not available to accommodate authors’ friends, families, publicists or helpers. Authors may not re-sell or sublet any portion of their space. Asking other authors to pay a fee to participate in your space at the Fair is strictly prohibited. Any violation of these stipulations by authors will result in expulsion from the Fair, and a fee refund will not be given. Once you have paid your application fee or space fee, refunds are not issued for any reason.
* August 1, 2015 deadline for submission of website and Fairgoer’s Guide listings, and Fairgoer’s Guide ads. Any changes to the description after this date will incur an additional $50 fee.
