Miami Book Fair was founded at Miami Dade College’s Wolfson Campus in 1984, and almost 40 years later, MDC’s commitment to access for all continues to guide MBF’s vision of an inclusive, attentive, sustainable community of writers, readers, and collaborators across all disciplines and cultures in South Florida. A Miami connected to the world, and a world connected to Miami, through a vibrant, accessible exchange of ideas.
This year’s Fair takes place November 14-21. We’ll be online AND in person at Wolfson Campus, with Street Fair weekend taking place November 19-21.
Click the link below for a downloadable, searchable database representing a complete list of all authors coming to Miami Book Fair 2021 as of today.
You’ll find author names, book titles, genres, and some areas of interest under which the books fall; for example, books on environmental issues or history.
This list will help professors and others at MDC guide students so they can take advantage of the cultural and academic enrichment that Miami Book Fair so robustly represents.
Event programs are being finalized and we’ll share that schedule – detailing time and date for every author presentation – as soon as we can. We’ll be sure to alert you when it’s available so you can visit the MBF website and assign students to attend specific presentations and programming.
For general information about the Fair, please visit MiamiBookFair.com. Remember, students, faculty, and staff with a valid MDC ID may attend Street Fair without paying admission. Evening With author presentations and other special events may carry a nominal ticket fee.
If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch any time. We look forward to seeing you all at the Fair!
