NATALIA MARTINEZ-KALININA is an organizational psychologist and technologist focused on merging innovation, entrepreneurship, and impact. Her passion hinges on creating communities that are truly inclusive ecosystems. She is a co-founder and the COO of Base, a modern-day membership club that brings great minds together for curated, deep, intimate social experiences meant to hack serendipity. She is also the founder and principal of NMK Group, where she advises clients on economic development, human capital design, and impact strategy. Prior to that she led the expansion of the Cambridge Innovation Center to Miami and Latin America.
