(Shipley, Jennifer) Jennifer Shipley began serving the Miami-Dade community in 1993 and has been recognized for developing partnerships and serving underserved communities. As a library manager, Ms. Shipley served on local boards and found ways to increase the Miami-Dade Public Library System’s reach. In 2016, Ms. Shipley was promoted to Library Operations Administrator of the Miami-Dade Public Library System’s Community Engagement, Programming and Outreach Division.
