DEBORAH GOODRICH ROYCE‘s thrillers examine puzzles of identity. Her latest book, Reef Road (Post Hill Press), based on a true crime, was on several bestselling lists. Previous books include Ruby Falls and Finding Mrs. Ford, which made Forbes, Book Riot, and Good Morning America‘s “best of” lists in 2019. Royce began as an actress on All My Children and various films before becoming a story editor at Miramax Films, developing Emma and early versions of Chicago and A Wrinkle in Time. Royce holds a bachelor’s degree in modern foreign languages.
