Chef Rich Landau has been at the forefront of the vegetarian dining scene since 1994 when he opened Horizons Café in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. During his more than 5 years at Horizons off South Street in Philadelphia, he continued to push the envelope of meatless cuisine.
