Itawe Correa is an award-winning Colombian American singer, songwriter, and producer best known as the electrifying frontman of the Grammy- and Latin Grammy-nominated band Locos por Juana. With his unmistakable voice and magnetic stage presence, he’s become one of the most influential voices in the new generation of Latin fusion music – blending cumbia, reggae, hip-hop, rock, and Afro-Caribbean rhythms into a vibrant, universal sound.
Born in Medellín, Colombia, and raised in Miami, Correa embodies the multicultural spirit of his city. Through his lyrics, he celebrates unity, identity, and resilience, turning every performance into a message of love, joy, and social consciousness. As lead vocalist and co-founder of Locos por Juana, he has shared the stage with global icons such as Ziggy Marley, Juanes, Tego Calderón, and Cultura Profética, and performed at some of the most renowned festivals across the Americas.
