Myriam J. A. Chancy‘s What Storm, What Thunder: A Novel recounts the aftermath of a 7.0 magnitude earthquake in Port-au-Prince, delivering both a haunting record of heartbreaking trauma and a testimony to the tenacity of the human spirit. Moderated by Guerda Nicolas, Ph.D., professor at the University of Miami School of Education and Human Development.

This event requires a ticket for admission.

All in-person events at MBF 2021 will require a ticket for entry. Tickets will be available to Friends of the Fair October 18 and to the general public November 3.
