Create! Tai Chi & Paper Collage With Francisca Oyhanarte & Martina Menendez

Need to relax and unwind at the end of a long and action-packed Book Fair day? Join local artist Francisca Oyhanarte – this year’s MBF poster artist! – and tai chi instructor Martina Menendez in this meditative workshop to find out how. We’ll start with a mindfulness tai chi exercise with gentle movements to inspire the senses, then follow it up by creating colorful rainforest animals using a construction paper collage technique.
