Bop Shop Brass

Bop Shop Brass is a South Florida-based brass band that performs funk, pop, second-line jazz and NOLA-style brass band music. After getting its start in late 2020 – when many music venues still remained shuttered – the group began playing outside at farmers markets and develop its distinctive sound. Its repertoire includes all classic bops, from James Brown to Bob Marley to Rebirth Brass Band, as well as its twists on contemporary artists like Lauren Hill, Outkast, and Beyoncé.
