African American Read-In

Clifton Taulbert author of Who Owns the Ice House: Eight Life Lessons from an Unlikely Entrepreneur will be the guest speaker for this year’s African American Read-In. Taulbert will address a cross-section of local dignitaries at an 8 a.m. breakfast and then speak in the Lehman Auditorium at 10 a.m. to about 500 college and grade school students. Faculty and students will attend lunch with Mr. Taulbert at the Carrie P. Meek Entrepreneurial Education Center.
