Yosmar Monique Martinez is a cookbook author and culinary instructor who believes everyone has the gift to create a memorable meal. Martinez attended the renowned culinary school Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France. While in Paris, she had an opportunity to do an internship at Pierre Hermé Paris, one of the most innovative and exquisite pastry shops in the world. She has walked the Camino de Santiago four times and is very active in the pilgrim community in the United States.
