Presented by Koubek Center and the Miami Book Fair

Picnic de Libros is a multidisciplinary, bilingual, and free event designed to bring children closer to literature and the arts through stories, poems, crafts, tongue twisters, riddles, music, and more. There will also be picnic baskets filled with books to read and enjoy.

  • Painting workshop led by Cuban artist Yunier Cervino Oliver of Creative Palmetto Studio

  • Mini play: La fabrica de juguetes  by Creative Stage Productions

  • Percussion workshop with Mexican-American artist Nabedi Osorio

  • Book picnic, food, and Christmas surprises
