ANJANETTE DELGADO is a Puerto Rican writer and journalist based in Miami. She is the author of The Heartbreak Pill: A Novel and The Clairvoyant of Calle Ocho. She has written for The New York Times' "Modern Love" column, Vogue, NPR, HBO, Kenyon Review, Pleiades, The Hong Kong Review, and other publications. She is also a contributor to the collection Daughters of Latin America: An International Anthology of Writing by Latine Women (Amistad). ANJANETTE DELGADO nació en Puerto Rico en 1967. Es escritora y periodista. Ha publicado La píldora del mal amor (Simon and Schuster, 2009), dos veces ganadora del Latino International Book Award, La clarividente de la Calle Ocho (Kensington Publishing & Penguin Random House, 2014) y editado Home in Florida: Latinx Writers and the Literature of Uprootedness (University of Florida Press, 2021). Su obra ha sido publicada en numerosas antologías, así como en The Kenyon Review, Pleiades, Vogue, Hostos Review, The Hong Kong Review, NPR y The New York Times. ELIZABETH ACEVEDO is the New York Times-bestselling author of The Poet X, a recipient of the National Book Award for Young People's Literature, the Michael L. Printz Award, and the Pura Belpré Award, among others. She is also the author of With the Fire on High and Clap When You Land. She holds a BA in performing arts from George Washington University and an MFA in creative writing from the University of Maryland. A former fellow of Cave Canem and CantoMundo, Acevedo is a National Poetry Slam champion. A Family Lore: A Novel (Ecco) is her first work for adults.

ESMERALDA SANTIAGO is the author of Conquistadora: A Novel and When I Was Puerto Rican: A Memoir and Almost A Woman: A Memoir, which was adapted into a Peabody Award-winning movie for PBS’ Masterpiece Theatre. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, she lives with her husband, documentary filmmaker Frank Cantor, in New York, and Port Clyde, Maine.
