KELLE GROOM is a poet and memoirist. Her most recent book is How to Live: A Memoir-in-Essays (Tupelo Press). She previously published I Wore the Ocean in the Shape of a Girl, which was a Barnes & Noble Discover selection, a New York Times Book Review Editor’s Choice, and an O Magazine selection. She is also the author of four poetry collections including, most recently, Spill. Groom is an NEA Fellow and two-time Florida Book Award winner. Her work has appeared in American Poetry Review, The Best American Poetry, The New Yorker, The New York Times, Ploughshares, and Poetry.
