Feel the Love… of Books: Read to Learn Reading Circle

This Saturday, fall in love with reading all over again in a special Valentine’s Day Reading Circle for kids. Miami-Dade County Commissioner Daniella Cava Levine, MDC School Board member Dr. Larry Feldman, and our favorite librarian and storyteller Ellen Book of the Pinecrest Library, will all read from their favorite books. Don’t be afraid to bring the whole family, and remember to bring a book to donate. Your donations will stock one of the 40 community bookshelves providing children a free book to take home throughout Miami-Dade County. Just bring some new or gently used children’s books (especially baby books, first readers, and picture books), drop them in one of our collection bins, and feel the world become a better place.
