One-day Teen Poetry Workshop: Saturday, July 27 | 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
We all have a story to tell. Our lives our full of experiences that shape us and contribute in crafting our outlook on the world. As writers, being able to excavate stories from our own experiences and utilize them to create art that explores the past, confronts the present, and imagines the future.
This poetry workshop will involve participants in multiple exercises and collaborative writing sessions in an attempt to unlock and amplify each writer’s personal voice.
Participants will create original work and have an opportunity to receive feedback on previously-written pieces.
Please email Marci Cancio-Bello for more details: firstname.lastname@example.org.
