Welcome to press registration for the 42nd edition of Miami Dade College’s Miami Book Fair, taking place November 16-23, 2025.

- Each media representative must submit a separate application.
- Press registration MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN October 25, 2025.
- All applicants will be notified of their status by November 3, 2025.
- Please note: Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Media credentials are reserved for working journalists with confirmed assignments. Credentials will be awarded based on previous coverage and advance publicity for the Miami Book Fair. All credentials are non-transferable and must be used by the individual to whom they are issued. Approved media are expected to follow all Fair guidelines while on-site. Photography, video, and audio recording may be limited at select author events; please confirm in advance with the press team.
Press Access & Credentials
- Each accredited media organization may receive credentials for up to two representatives.
- A media credential is required to access the Street Fair on Saturday, Nov. 22, and Sunday, Nov. 23.
- Media credentials may be picked up at:

- Sunday, Nov. 16 – Friday, Nov. 21: Information Booth in the Atrium of Wolfson Building 1, beginning at 6:00 p.m. ET, prior to the Evenings With… series.
- Saturday, Nov. 22 & Sunday, Nov. 23: Media Check-In Desk at the Yellow Entrance, located at NE 2nd Avenue & NE 3rd Street.
- Please show your media badge at the will call window at the following Street Fair entrance:
