Dawud Anyabwile
Dawud Anyabwile is the co-creator and illustrator of Brotherman: Dictator of Discipline, a pioneering African American comic book that has influenced a generation of artists and writers while selling more than 750,000 copies without the help of a major publisher.
Jerzy Drozd
Jerzy Drozd is a cartoonist, teaching artist and author of the graphic novel The Front. He is a contributing editor of Sugary Serials, an anthology of all-ages comics serialized online and collected in print. He recently led a professional development workshop for teachers at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, and he is co-organizer of the Kids Read Comics Convention.
Mark Mariano
Mark Mariano is an all-ages cartoon novelist. His first full-length book is Happyloo: Friends, Foes, and Fun (MyPalMark). He’s currently at work on his next cartoon novel, Flabbergast, about a team of Kung-Fu Science Adventurists. He’s also the creator of the first ever reader-built webcomic, Gork Gakk.
