In Who's Afraid of Post-Blackness?: What It Means to Be Black Now (Free Press, $25.00), iconic commentator and journalist Touré tackles what it means to be black in America today.  "Perceptively analyze[s] a new sensibility in black art and culture to illustrate the complex and fluid racial identification Touré dubs 'post-blackness,' " says the San Francisco Chronicle.  Touré is a novelist, essayist, music journalist, cultural critic, and television personality. He is the host of Fuse's Hiphop Shop and On The Record. He is also a contributor to MSNBC's The Dylan Ratigan Show and serves on the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Nominating Committee.
