Peggy Kotsopoulos

Kitchen Cures: Revolutionize Your Health with Foods that Heal (Pintail; $25.00) makes the simple connection between food and how you look and feel. Fresh and Fun Recipes for Sharing with Family and Friends (Lyons Press; $27.50).  As he traveled the world for skating competitions Boitano became fascinated with other cultures and cuisines.  His recipes emphasize taste, convenience, and nutrition.  Boitano's Food Network series, What Would Brian Boitano Make?, premiered in August 2009 and is now on the Cooking Channel.
