Nathan Larson
Nathan Larsen's debut literary-noir novel, The Dewey Decimal System (Akashic, $15.95), takes place in a ravaged, dystopian New York City of the future. Book-loving Decimal is thrown into a bloody tangle of violence, shifting allegiances, and old vendettas, forcing him to face the darkness of his own past. Larson is an award-winning film music composer, having created the scores for over thirty movies, such as Boys Don’t Cry, Dirty Pretty Things and The Messenger.
